Current Organizational Culture Of Commonwealth Health Inc.

This report will attempt to draw attention to, the current organizational culture of Commonwealth Health Inc. Permanent Care Division, and provide further insight by considering a preferred state of culture based on the literature available on organizational culture. M3 Consulting used a culture assessment, interview questions, and visual observations conducted at your organization to support the analysis of determining your current and preferred organizational culture.
